'Donna and Dermot Heal'
Learn about natural health with Donna and Dermot – for children and their parents. Hilda will read an excerpt from ‘Donna and Dermot Heal’ picture book which is about natural health, energy healing, massage and aromatherapy. She will also give a demonstration of of energy healing and explanation of how it works and talk about three essential oils and their benefits: lavender, peppermint and geranium.
Most suitable for children age 5 to 10 years and their parents.

Hilda is the author of the 'Donna and Dermot' series of picture books about the adventures of a girl and her dog. She lives near Dartmoor and is the mother of two teenage daughters. Her passion is natural health.
